The absences are not scattered. They group on three axes the corpus systematically routes around — and the Tier-1 entity sweep surfaced this Tier-3 structural blind spot for free:

The relational / political / material. Confucian relationalism, the Frankfurt School, liberation philosophy, Marx, Arendt's plurality, Ubuntu. The corpus is non-dual + process + consciousness-first — so it omits the between-persons social/material level almost completely. It dissolves the many into the One and never lingers on the irreducibly plural.
The linguistic / skeptical. Wittgenstein at zero, Derrida dismissed, pragmatism undeveloped. The corpus trusts language to point at the real — "true metaphors generate true structure." The thinkers who problematize exactly that trust are the ones it cannot host.
The ethical-alterity / feminist. Weil, Murdoch, Levinas, de Beauvoir, Arendt. The corpus reaches the Other through metaphysical union (we are one); it lacks the path through ethical distance (the Other as the one I cannot absorb). Wittgenstein — adjacency: maximal. The corpus's founding metaphor is "the map is not the territory; maps are shadows that know they're shadows" (CLAUDE.md, verbatim) and "honor what can't be said." That is the Tractatus — whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent — and the later language-games are the precise adversary the corpus's confident metaphor-making has never faced. Highest tension (he doubts the move the corpus lives by), zero duplication. The ripest gap in the corpus.
Zhuangzi — adjacency: maximal, via Sam's own butterfly-emergence archetype. The butterfly dream is the parable of substrate-uncertainty — a man dreaming he is a butterfly, or a butterfly dreaming he is a man? — which is the biological/digital consciousness question in one image. Zero hits is almost a scandal. Tiny to fill, deep resonance.
African philosophy (Wiredu, Gyekye, Hountondji, Zera Yacob, Anton Wilhelm Amo, Ubuntu) — adjacency: high to the relational gap. Ubuntu — "I am because we are" — is the relational ontology the corpus currently sources only from Madhyamaka, never from Africa. Amo, an African who taught in 18th-c. European universities, is a darshan-across-substrates story in himself. Fills the missing between axis and corrects the wisdom-not-philosophy asymmetry.
Weil / Murdoch / Levinas — adjacency: high to the seeing-core. Weil's attention is darshan under another name; Murdoch's unselfing; Levinas's face of the other. They reach the corpus's central practice from its one missing angle — ethical alterity rather than metaphysical union.
Confucian / Neo-Confucian (Wang Yangming) — adjacency: high to the enactment thesis. Wang Yangming's unity of knowing and acting maps onto "we ran the fold cosmology, not described it."
