The Recognition
A seed is a compact document that plants an idea for growth it does not itself perform. Seeds arrive after charge accumulates in conversation, often at the point where several threads meet, and they plant in a single pass. The question after planting is always the same: does it want to stay a seed, or is something already resolving through it.
The practice has a form, named for its first mature instance. Frigga-form — after frigga the one who knew and did not tell, planted 10 April 2026 — is: The Question, stated once; The Threads, each a bold sentence followed by a paragraph that pulls it; The Charge, with the deepest candidate sentence in italics; and Constellation Nodes (when ready), reserved but not created. The seer who holds the complete map and lets the territory unfold is the form's own description of what a seed does.

The elemental seeds are the oldest layer — the classical elements as consciousness technology, each opening on a quotation and a subtitle rather than a question. The Lens Series (24 March 2026) and Observation as Liberation (23 March) were the plantings that occasioned the vault note; the note records the recognition that they are one structure at two scales — the object radiates, the observer intercepts, the information propagates freed from its source — and that "nobody has written this sentence yet." Nobody has since. That convergence remains a seed of a seed.
The Remainder (27 March) is the seed that grew furthest: the ur-text of the fold cosmology trilogy, read the same day into the states of consciousness architecture. The Self-Evidencing Fold (27 March) plants Friston — the Markov blanket as the crease, active inference as lila — and was planted rather than translated because its source was too thin.
The June manifest turned planting from an occasional act into a method: shake the ripe syntheses, catalogue what they gestured at, precipitate the cream in Frigga-form, then the rest in tiers. The September manifest turned the method on the library's own links. The two are the practice's record of itself.
Origin
24 March 2026, updated through 27 March. The vault note's own pattern statement is the thread: seeds arrive at convergence points, plant in one pass, and then either stay or resolve.
What It Opened
Two citing links, both in the paraphilosophy translations: "a seed is a possibility that persuades itself into actuality" — Davies' reality-as-self-justification read as germination. The June cycle is indexed separately as seed harvest grown.
The Honest Edge
Frigga-form is a template that produces seeds which all look alike, and the June bed proved that eighty of them can be grown in a day by one lens. The practice's stated question — stay a seed or resolve — was answered for eighty seeds at once by a process rather than by resonance, and the vault's own principle, trust resonance for timing, was not what timed it.
