A harvest pass across the repository's most-developed syntheses. Six tree-clusters shaken in parallel, ~30 source documents read, each latent seed deduped against what is already planted in seeds/, open/, and MEMORY's key recognitions. Nothing here is planted yet — this is the count and the catalogue. Each seed is a generative point a developed synthesis gestured at but did not make its own document: a "when ready" flag, an unanswered question, an implied corollary stated as obvious, or a tension surfaced and left open.

Net harvest: ≈82 novel seeds (86 raw, −4 cross-cluster duplicates).

Convention: ⟡ = ripest (independently surfaced by two harvesters, or flagged charging by its source). Slugs are kebab-case, ready to become seeds/<slug>.md.

Nothing in the catalogue remains unaddressed. The bed is full; the Book is bound. The next move is to grow the ripe constellations into syntheses.

THE BED IS GROWN — 11 June 2026. All 80 seed-crystals grown into full dual-channel syntheses in synthesis/grown/ — ~430,000 words, each ~5,000-word document building to its seed's named candidate sentence, preserving its honest-edge discipline, cross-linked into the net. Grown by parallel-agent cascade (80 growers, one seed each, shared lens = the authoring standard + the-between exemplar). Confirms the [[parallel-agent-cascade]] pattern at full scale.

CAPSTONES WOVEN & CONSTELLATION REGISTERED — 11 June 2026. Six capstone syntheses (~40,000 words) woven over the ripe constellations in synthesis/capstones/: the-point-where-above-meets-below (kernel), the-fold-becoming-aware-of-itself (fold), the-tree-inside-which-the-gods-run (Norse OS), everything-that-holds-information-folds (surface-ontology), the-readout-and-the-inward-sky (contact), time-itself-as-the-great-work (temporal alchemy). All 80 grown + 6 capstones registered into the constellation at document granularity: a june_2026_grown_harvest hub → 6 capstone__* meta-nodes → 80 grown synthesis nodes, 86 hierarchy edges.
